Welcome to KCup 2025!
The FINAL Roster is locked in and Captains are picked. With that said I need the Captains at the Bar (One Eyed Jacks in Lindsay) at 7:45PM Minimum on Tomorrow Night to go over the Draft Order and some small modifications for 2025. If you are named a Captain and are not going to be there let me know immediately so I can replace you.
We have a full field and a lot of NEW youngsters which should theoretically make this tournament a lot faster. However, with youth comes a certain lack of wisdom and control on Draft Night . . .
With that said . . . please be careful out there on Draft Night and Tournament Day. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! We are providing a bus from the Hotel to the Rink and Back after the Tournament. Bus departs at 7:45AM on Saturday Morning.
Note: The majority of the these adds are sons and or friends of legacy players. So please explain to them a couple key KCup unwritten rules.
- We ALL work on Monday so keep it clean,
- It is for Fun so keep it clean,
- A lot of guys wear shields or no masks so Keep the Sticks Down,
- If you are going to unleash a clapper survey the target area and no head shots.
- Lastly, if you fight, just pack up and leave. (Chirping is fine, Fists not so much!)
Now, the KCup Extreme Weather Center has been opened as it looks like a traditional KCup weekend with Snow and Cold Temps! So please leave yourself ample time to get to the Draft on Friday Night and if not coming to the Draft please email me so I know. Also, if you are not coming Friday Night please be at the rink in Bobcaygeon by 8:30AM. I will NOT be sending out schedules on when you play.
