Gentlemen,
The Captains have been set and have been down so with purpose!
Given the sheer amount of talent, speed and youth we have decided to break with tradition and not use the Snake Draft format. There is the potential for some over weighting on a couple teams and in order to spread the wealth we have decided to choose some new captains at the “7ish” Ranking.
They will draw for Draft Order and Team Colour (Which dictates when they play on the schedule) just before the draft and then we will do a traditional 1 to 6 Draft Order, repeating until the last player is picked.
Draft starts at 8:00PM on Friday at One Eyed Jacks in Lindsay. Captains please be there by 7:45PM to receive your Captains Package and draw your Team and Draft Order.
Couple Housekeeping items:
- If you have not registered please do so that we know you have signed the liability waiver. IF you do not…. you do not play
- If you have not paid or told me you will be paying cash please do now.
- BUS! We do not have one this year leaving from the hotel. Reason my favourite Bus Company Owner sold her business and the price was stupid for the amount of players using it.
- Lunch – Heidi will not be available to help us out this year so I have brought in a Leo to provide us something similar to last year!
